How to Manage your Aches and Pains in a Holistic Way

Aches and pains, the older we get, the more we feel it! Especially for women in their menopausal years, aches and pains can appear as their hormone levels drop and inflammation levels increase. But anyone will notice that as we age, we seem to need more time to recover from workouts, illness, stress and injuries.


Aches and pains appear in the body as many aspects culminate and create a toxic environment and energy blocks. So to really free ourselves of the aches and pains, we need to address all aspects that are part of creating these aches and pains.
